Weight lifting can be a part of healing from interpersonal violence, including sexual violence.

In Together We(ight) Lift, we will support MSU-affiliated survivors and co-survivors of interpersonal violence by offering a chance to explore bodily awareness and healthy coping strategies at a pace that is comfortable for you.

This trauma-informed weight lifting series will focus on:

Exploring your relationship with your body and movement
Creating safety in fitness spaces
Building regulation
Creating community

Dates: Tuesdays from May 26 to June 30, 2 to 3:30 p.m.
Our in-person location will be shared after you register.
