🏃 As fall sports and routines ramp back up, your legs and core need to be ready for it. The lunge is one of the best all-around exercises for building the strength and stability that support running, cutting, and everyday movement.

Step forward with one leg, lowering your hips until both knees are bent at about 90 degrees, then push back to standing. Keep your chest tall and your front knee tracking over your ankle. 💪 Follow along with our video to make sure your form is on point.

Not sure if lunges are right for you, or need a modification? We can help build a plan around your goals.

🤸 When 9-year-old gymnasts take a fall, it can be scary for the whole family — and that's exactly what happened when a tumbling accident left one of our young patients with a fracture in the growth plate of her elbow.

"Infinity was fantastic! The crew at Infinity made recovery fun and got her back to 100%!" — Jesse W. 💙

Kids heal differently than adults, and getting the right care early matters. We're proud to help our youngest patients get back to the sports and activities they love, with treatment that keeps recovery encouraging instead of scary.

Back-to-school means back-to-sports. If your young athlete is dealing with an injury, we're here to help.

As summer winds down, many people notice their pain creeping back in or getting worse. ☀️ Increased activity, travel, yardwork, long days on your feet, and even sleeping in different beds can all add up. By August, your muscles and joints have taken on weeks of extra strain, and that buildup can lead to stiffness, soreness, and flare‑ups that feel stronger than they did earlier in the season. 😣

Physical therapy helps reset your body by improving mobility, reducing inflammation, and strengthening the areas that have been working overtime. Whether it’s back pain, knee discomfort, shoulder tension, or general fatigue, Infinity Physical Therapy can help you recover from the summer rush and move into fall feeling stronger and more supported. 💪✨ Small changes now can make a big difference in how you feel heading into the next season.

Neurological conditions can affect strength, balance, coordination, and independence, and the journey can feel overwhelming without the right support.

💙 At Infinity Physical Therapy, our neurological rehab program is designed to help patients living with stroke, Parkinson’s, MS, ALS and other conditions improve mobility, maintain function, and feel more confident in their daily routines. Every session focuses on meaningful progress, whether that means improving gait, increasing stability, or building strength that supports everyday movement. 💪

We also advocate fiercely for our patients. Insurance coverage for maintenance programs can be challenging, and many people are told they don’t qualify when they absolutely do. Infinity PT fights the good fight to make sure your care is recognized, valued, and covered. 🧠✨ You deserve a team that stands beside you and works to protect your access to the therapy you need.

Infinity Physical Therapy helps you understand what’s causing your pain and teaches targeted exercises, mobility work, and strengthening techniques that support healthier movement. 💪 With the right guidance, you can reduce irritation, improve flexibility, and get back to using your hands comfortably throughout the day.
