What an amazing weekend! The Berkshire yoga festival was an epic event in our backyard! It’s a culmination of community. 🤍 4 days packed with rich experiences to elevate your practice your vibration connection with others and connection to yourself. From movement to meditation to breath work to hiking to Sunset concerts and more, this year‘s Berkshire yoga festival exceeded expectations!! Thank you to everyone who attended a class and came and said hi. ☺️

The 2027 dates are already announced, June 10 through the 13th and we are already planning to go. We will continue as a Studio partner and have the greatest festival pass rates available to you starting July 1!

Join us for 108 Sun Salutations in honor of the Summer Solstice; a class designed to rejuvenate your body and clear your mind. This 90-minute practice will include gentle breaks throughout, allowing you to stay present, grounded, and connected to your breath. 🌞

We’ll close with a calming meditation to leave you feeling refreshed, reset, and ready for the season ahead.
