Meditation Reset Session

Hosted by Nicole Tzen - Reiki Master, LMT & Certified Yoga Instructor

Join us for an integrative workshop designed to assist you in restoring vitality, relieving tension and connecting with your highest self.

Each Session Includes:
light yoga, breathwork, guided meditation and reiki healing. Essential oils, crystals, sound healing, mantras and/or mudras are incorporated to enhance your experience.

Participants will receive a free gift to continue the healing process after they leave.

Please note:
Please bring a yoga mat, a light blanket, a pillow and dress comfortably. Once our meditation session begins, the doors will be locked so please arrive on time.
