Last week's Care Coalition meeting was co-hosted by Jackie Brown of Adapt/Ocean health and A Place At Home - Philadelphia West. We had a lot of new people join us and are so happy to Welcome Ann from Golden Hearts Home Care! It was another successful meeting of the great minds of local healthcare providers! We discussed the trend of mental health challenges and shared resources for supporting our clients. 😊🤝
