Grief doesn’t always look the same for everyone. It’s not always tears. Sometimes it’s replaying specific conversations, getting stuck in a cycle of “what if’s” or questioning the decisions you made.

Case Manager by day, Head Basketball Coach and Middle School Football Coach by night, get to know Tristan Reynolds.

Tristan believes in being upbeat and winning the day. Winning the day is a small victory, but those small victories add up and build the foundation for larger victories. His hope is that his upbeat energy and mindset will be contagious and encourage others to to take on everyday with a smile.

A graduate of Youngstown State University and the American Military University, Tristan works within the schools as a Case Manager.

When asked what Tristan believes he is awesome at, Tristan replied, “I believe I am very good at bringing out the best in each individual I am in touch with. I believe in helping our youth bring out their strength and abilities to be the best version of themselves they can be! We are all awesome in one way or another, and I believe I am awesome in helping others find that in themselves!”

We’re excited to announce we’re hosting our first Supervision Training Series this Fall for licensed clinicians and social workers!

This comprehensive five-part series will help you develop the knowledge, confidence and skills to become an effective clinical supervisor at our Supervision Training Series. This series is designed to help you strengthen your supervisory competencies while exploring best practices, ethical standards and evidence-based supervision models.

All trainings will be held online, and you can register for single sessions or all parts of this series. Deadline to register is August, 28, 2026!
