It is a pleasure to serve and care for those that have given so much already to society. In Memory Care, sometimes we may only see the shell of what they used to be and all they contributed to their professions and families. But, some days we see some of those talents still come out and shine. We have some very talented individuals in our community. They have and continue to teach me alot every day.

Please come to our Trick or Treat event at Villas of HollyBrook in East Peoria on Friday, October 30, 2026 from 5 to 7 p.m. Our residents will be passing out candy and they love seeing the kids in their costumes. Everyone is welcome.

Yesterday we had a Meet and Greet for our new Executive Director, Deb Schneider. Residents enjoyed learning about her past accomplishments, family and upcoming plans for our community. She then surprised the residents by sharing her vocal talents with them. She has a beautiful voice and put on a program of well known songs that many of the residents sang along to. Welcome Deb!
