I offer CPR & First Aid classes designed for parents, grandparents, babysitters, and caregivers, with hands-on training that includes:
• Infant, child & adult CPR
• Choking rescue
• AED use
• Water safety & drowning emergency response
• What to do until help arrives

These classes are practical, low-stress, and built for real-life situations every family hopes they never face — but should be prepared for.

Private group classes available in your home, workplace, or community space for groups of 4+.
