Don’t rush getting on stage. It takes years to build a stage worthy physique- not weeks or months. Dropping body fat for your first show, most people will realize they have alot less muscle than they think they do. So take the time to be competitive. Bodybuilding is a marathon- be patient!

Had the honor of judging alongside my partner in crime and ride or die, Sheila. Always a great time working with someone who shares the same passion and love for the sport 💪 .
The show was incredible — over 400 entries and a lineup of top‑caliber competitors who brought their absolute best to the stage 👏
Feeling truly blessed to be able to give back to the athletes and to a sport that has given me so much over the years. Grateful for moments like these 🙏 23 years at the judges table and I still love every minute of it!
