Last week, ECP held its first-ever all-employee event, and getting the whole team together in one place was incredible.

We stepped away from our home offices to learn from each other, share ideas, and talk about where we're headed. CEO Adam Aisen opened with a look at what's next for ECP. From there, leaders from across the company, including Jeremy London (VP of CX), Aaron Dollinger (CSO), Carly Smith (VP of Product), Evan Walsh (CTO), and more, led breakout sessions on where the platform is going and how we keep showing up for the communities we serve.

Aaron left us with this.
"The opportunity that each of us has every day to impact the lives of hundreds of thousands of seniors across the country is the opportunity of a lifetime, and it's incumbent on each of us to continue to deliver for our customers in every aspect to create the very best resident experience in every community we serve."

We had fun too, from an evening at New Fashioned to cheering on the Milwaukee Milkmen.

That's what made the week special, an energy and connection you just can't get from a Teams call. It was a great reminder of the people behind everything we do, and what we can accomplish moving together.

ECP and Inspiren are now integrated.

Resident census, room location, and level-of-care updates now flow from ECP into Inspiren automatically. Both systems work from the same resident record, in real time.

What this solves for communities running both platforms:
- Resident admissions, discharges, and transfers sync automatically, including location
- Level of care and last assessed date stay current in Inspiren as documented in ECP
- Care teams enter resident information once, in ECP, and it carries into Inspiren, in real-time

This is also one more piece of ECP's growing ecosystem. 75+ named technology partners connecting the systems operators already use.
