Caregivers of New Jersey Caregivers of New Jersey is a DDD-approved Support Coordination provider in NJ.

Our experienced support coordinators help individuals and families understand available services, build Individualized Service Plans, and connect with trusted providers. Caregivers of New Jersey was formed in response to the growing number of caregivers within the state. With more than 1.1 million caregivers in the state, Caregivers of New Jersey will work to shed light on the mounting needs of ca

regivers and increased need for support. In addition, Caregivers of New Jersey has developed a Support Coordination team which supports many of the 1,850 individuals living in developmental centers who wish to be transitioned into the community. Support Coordination is a consumer driven process where by individuals choose where they would like to live and who they would like to support them.

Give your loved one something to look forward to this September. Out N' About gives adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities opportunities to build friendships, explore their communities, and enjoy new experiences alongside peers.

While they're out having fun, you can take time to recharge, run errands, or simply enjoy a few hours for yourself with peace of mind.

September's lineup includes bowling at Round1, Dave & Buster's, crafts at Just Jake's, classic arcade games at YESTERcades, karaoke at Backroom Karaoke, and an indoor day of yoga and time together.

There’s still time to join us for our August Respite Getaway! 🗽

Participants will spend the weekend at Homewood Suites in Edison, then head into New York City for a cruise with skyline views, entertainment, time on the water, and plenty of time with friends.

Respite Getaways gives adults 21 and older with intellectual and developmental disabilities the chance to get away, try something new, and enjoy the weekend in a safe and supportive setting. It also gives caregivers time for themselves, knowing their loved one is having a great experience.
