Good Health Acupuncture is looking for a Care Coordinator to join our Easton team — the person who ensures every patient who walks through our door feels cared for, from their first call to their last checkout.
For 10+ years, this clinic has grown almost entirely on word of mouth — patients telling their friends, family, and neighbors about a different kind of healthcare experience. This role is at the center of that: greeting patients, managing scheduling, coordinating insurance and billing details, and helping people actually follow through on their treatment plans.
We're looking for someone who is:
Organized and comfortable juggling a busy front desk
Warm and genuinely good with people
Confident learning new systems and technology (this role involves a lot of screens — EHR, scheduling software, video calls)
Interested in health and wellness, even if you're not clinically trained
No acupuncture experience needed — just the right mix of people skills and follow-through. Full training provided.
