When might medication be helpful during pregnancy or postpartum? What are the signs that it might be time to talk with someone?

Dr. Sara Hayden will be joining our Mommy & Me groups on August 18 for Moms of Babies and August 20 for Moms of Toddlers to talk about when medication may be indicated postpartum and answer questions.

And as always, our Mommy & Me groups are more than just the speaker. We’ll still have time to chat, share what’s going on, ask questions, and connect with other moms. You don’t have to come with a list of questions or even know what you want to talk about. But if you do, the list is welcomed too!

I have been thinking about our Mommy & Me group a couple weeks ago with Jenn from Optimum Therapy. She was able to give our moms guidance while watching their babies right there in the room. You get the chance to ask your questions instead of staying up all night Googling answers that aren't catered to YOUR baby.

Plus, you get to hear the questions other moms ask, ones you may not have even thought of yourself. That kind of guidance is so valuable and can help you feel more confident as your little one grows.

We're so excited to have Jenn back on September 3rd for our Mommy & Me: Moms with Toddlers group to talk more about milestones and development! Save your spot with the link below.
