🌎 LEARNING HAS NO BORDERS.

One of the most valuable parts of being an aesthetic injector is realizing that there is always something new to learn — and sometimes the most meaningful lessons come from outside your own country.

Traveling internationally to train, observe, and exchange techniques allows us to experience different approaches to anatomy, facial assessment, product placement, injection techniques, and overall aesthetic philosophy.

Every country has its own perspective, its own educators, and its own way of approaching the art and science of aesthetics. Bringing those experiences back to the United States allows us to broaden our knowledge, challenge our routines, and continue evolving as practitioners.

For our American patients, this matters.

International education means bringing a wider world of knowledge back home. 🇺🇸🌎

The goal isn’t to practice like another country.
The goal is to learn from the best ideas, techniques, and educators wherever they are found — and thoughtfully incorporate that knowledge into our own practice.

Because when we stop learning, we stop growing.

✈️ Travel. Train. Learn. Grow.

In aesthetics, staying comfortable is not the goal — staying curious is.

I believe in traveling as much as possible to train with talented injectors, educators, and colleagues from all over the country. Every time I step outside my own practice, I’m exposed to different techniques, perspectives, approaches, and ways of thinking.

And that experience comes back with me.

Every course, every hands-on training, every conversation with another injector adds another layer to my knowledge and ultimately impacts the way I approach my patients and their aesthetic goals.

💉 Injectables are both an art and a constantly evolving science. There is always something new to learn, refine, or reconsider.

One of the greatest parts of this profession is learning from people who practice differently than you do. You don’t have to practice exactly like someone else to learn something valuable from them.

So I’ll keep getting on planes, attending trainings, learning from colleagues across the country, and bringing that knowledge back to my practice.

Because the best investment you can make in your practice is an investment in your education.

PERIMENOPAUSE: THE STAGE WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT MORE.

Did you know that many of the symptoms people associate with “menopause” can actually begin years before menopause?

Perimenopause is the transitional stage when hormone levels begin to fluctuate. And for some women, those changes can show up long before their final menstrual period.

You may notice:

✨ Mood changes or increased irritability

✨ Hot flashes or night sweats

The goal isn’t to stop aging or stop menopause.

The goal is to recognize what is happening in your body and have a conversation about your options sooner.
