Fall invites us to reflect, clear tension and congestion, and rest more.

Don’t let daily stress leave you feeling tight and on edge; get gentle support that helps you breathe deeply and feel vibrant again.

It’s exhausting when poor sleep and persistent tension steal your peace during everyday moments. I’m here to help you find relief so resting well, staying present, and navigating daily triggers feels manageable. My approach is simple and supportive—I offer quiet, thoughtful sessions tailored to your needs, focusing on manageable steps toward lasting changes that help you live fully on your terms.

MFR therapy is about helping your body heal by gently releasing restrictions and restoring ease. We'll partner together as you reflect on and celebrate your progress

You work hard at work, in training, at home; do you invest as much in your well-being?

• Are you grinding away at your desk and find that by lunchtime, your head is pounding and your shoulders ache?
• Are you pushing your limits during training and finding that pain is getting in the way of performing at a high level?
• Are you a parent who is always on the go taking care of your home and family and collapsing on the couch after dinner?

How do you recharge and recover?

Whether you are a hard-working professional, athlete, or parent, we can help you experience real, lasting relief. We will partner with you to address the root causes of your discomfort and regain a clear mind, energized body, and gain valuable ideas to be your best!

🌟 Treat yourself to a session now - don’t wait, get started investing in yourself today! There are a few sessions remaining in October. Book your sessions today with Martha at the link in bio.

Don’t let pain push you out of the meeting, yoga class, or weekend adventures; get the support you need to reclaim your active life.

It’s frustrating to spend your off-hours nursing aches instead of living your life. I’m here to help you find relief so movement is fun and time off feels fulfilling again—so yoga, hikes, or playing with your kids feels easy and pain-free. My approach is simple and supportive—I listen to your story and goals and together we find gentle, effective solutions that help you move past the pain and enjoy your life again. MFR therapy is about helping your body heal rather than making you dependent. We'll track progress together step-by-step to see what’s changing.

There may be a lot going on in your life (or not), but today is a great day to make a choice to feel better, reduce tension, or choose relief for yourself or for a loved one.
Book sessions with me and feel how your body relaxes, your mind buzzes less, you feel more open and grounded. We may not be able to change our circumstances, but we can change how we show up. Today. Now. In this moment… Book: risingphoenixmfr.com
