Big emphasis on when we can. 🤍

As therapists, we believe it’s our responsibility to care for our own mental health so we can show up fully for the clients who trust us with their stories. We’ve learned how to navigate this even on the hard days..but the truth is, some days we’re still learning.

And some days, we *can't* & we need a mental health day, too.

Let’s normalize therapists being human. Taking care of ourselves isn’t a weakness, it’s part of how we continue to show up with presence, compassion, and care for the people we serve.
