While wellness is a large component of what we share, our mission is to provide a place to consciously connect into our bodies and our breath and utilize that connection to build confidence and personal resilience in all aspects of our lives. Wellness practices such as breath-work, yoga, strength training, massage , nutrition and acupuncture are all aspects of the practices that connect us to our own well-being.

We’re so excited to kick off our first Community Class with our Teach From Your Heart Yoga Teacher Training Program graduates! 💛

Janet has been practicing yoga for over 14 years. Initially drawn to yoga as a moving meditation, she discovered its ability to ease stress and cultivate inner calm. Her teaching style blends active vinyasa flow with restorative poses, creating a balanced experience that supports both energy and relaxation. Janet invites students to tune into their bodies and embrace the present moment, making each practice uniquely their own.

🌸 About Community Classes:
These special offerings are taught by recent Easton Yoga Teacher Training graduates alongside experienced teaching staff. They’re a wonderful way to support our new teachers while enjoying a heart-centered practice. A portion of proceeds benefits the incredible programs run by the Shanthi Project.
