This won't be as popular as unverified rumors BUT Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar does not use apples coated with Apeel. Here is direct communication from the horses mouth:
We do not use coating on apples used for ACV.
Our raw, organic, unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar is made through natural fermentation, so apples are never Apeel coated or altered.
Organic, fresh apples are the bedrock of our decades-old recipe.
In addition to the facts above, it is illogical that Bragg would ship apples from the farm to a facility, incur cost to coat them, and then ship them to our manufacturer partners to be juiced, as our apples don’t need extended shelf life!
