A new 24/7 infant support line for parents and caregivers (Michigan Infant Support Line) was launched by Michigan Public Health Institute in partnership with Michigan 211 and Gryphon Place. The support line offers individualized support and practical guidance on topics such as dealing with a crying baby, safe sleep practices, basic safety information, product recalls, and referrals for portable cribs, baby items and more.

We ended our program with our 13th annual Back to school event. And the kids had a ball. Their backpacks was filled with not just school supplies but personal need items as well, Jolly smiles provided free dental cleaning , Volunteer Braiders and Barbers services our youth hair needs for 2 days to make sure they covered every child who wanted their services. And the moms received lashes ! We ate good with food sponsored by Ladon of Bad Detroit . We appreciate The REC for sponsoring their space and The Great perfect Party Favor for setting up !LaDawn McCoy Lynda D. McGhee beauty supply
