Offering in person readings Saturdays March 16th and 23rd from 10-2 in Eastsound on Orcas Island.
These will be the last Saturdays in the cottage until the Farmers Market starting in May 🕊️

If Saturdays don’t work for you, and you are being called to do a reading, please reach out and we can find another time to share space.

As I gaze through my window, the snowflakes that once clad the earth now dance away, melting into oblivion. All the while, the magic of my work unfolds, from the comfort of my own abode.

There's something truly mesmerizing about witnessing the beauty of nature from the warmth and comfort of your own space. As I sit here, watching the snow dissipate into drops of water, I can't help but feel grateful for the privilege of witnessing this transformation.

It's moments like these that remind me of the power of creativity, and how it can be harnessed to create something truly magical. Whether it's through writing, painting, or even cooking, the act of creation has a way of transporting us to another world, where anything is possible.

As the last of the snow melts away, I'm left with a sense of wonder and amazement at the world around me. Though I may be confined to my home, I know that the magic of my work will continue to unfold, inspiring and uplifting all those who come across it.

There is a saying that goes, "Experience is the best teacher." This is because wisdom is not something that can be learned solely through books or lectures. It is acquired through the ups and downs of life - through the mistakes we make, the challenges we face, and the victories we achieve.

Experiences teach us valuable lessons that cannot be taught in just a classroom. They shape our perspective, our beliefs, and our values. They help us become more resilient, empathetic, and understanding. They also allow us to gain insights into our strengths and weaknesses, and to develop the skills necessary to navigate life's challenges.

In short, wisdom is the fruit of experience. It is an accumulation of knowledge, insights, and lessons learned through the journey of life. And the more we embrace our experiences - both good and bad - the more we grow in wisdom and become better versions of ourselves.
