Maple Gardens Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center We are a skilled nursing and Rehabilitation center. We can service long term, short term, and respite stays. We are a proud VA contracted Facility.

The senior prom was an unforgettable night of connection and joy, as residents and their families came together, celebrating the beauty of community. The young ladies and gentlemen sparkled, their confidence and smiles lighting up the evening. Warm memories were forged, and hearts felt full. Let's recognize our extraordinary volunteers: Melissa, who dedicated her time and talents to decorations, entertainment, and more; Amanda, whose kindness provided exquisite dresses; Crystal and her skilled team, who worked wonders on hair and makeup; and Ohio Valleys Hospice, whose generosity ensured a night to remember. Tonight was truly unforgettable ❤️
