🏒 From lifting the Stanley Cup… to taking the plunge.

This week we had the pleasure of welcoming former NHL player Dave Hannan and his family to The Well! After a 16-season NHL career and **two Stanley Cup championships**, Dave knows that recovery isn’t just a luxury—it’s part of performing at your best.

From the ice to the cold plunge, some things never change.

Thank you, Dave, and your family for spending time with us. We loved having you in the studio and can’t wait to welcome you back the next time you’re in Lake Oconee.
