Relieving stress, reducing inflammation, relieving muscle cramps, detoxifying the body, and balancing the skin's ph are just a few of the many benefits of the salt base (which is a combination of pink himalayan salt, dead sea mineral salt, epsom salt and baking soda). The various combinations of herbs, jojoba oil and essential oils only add to these benefits.

If you don't have a bathtub or don't want to take the time to soak in a bath, they also can benefit the body as a foot soak.
