In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
No Shows and Cancellations
Please understand that other clients may be competing for your appointment time. In order to be courteous to them and to me, please give a 24-hour notice of cancellation. Except for emergency situations, missing an appointment without proper notification will be charged 50% of the
service fee for the first missed session and 100% of the service fee for each session after that. I also reserve the right to require a credit card number to be given to book future appointments so that appropriate fees may be charged if a late cancellation does occur. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follows yours. Depending on how late you arrive, I will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full session.” Out of respect and consideration to me and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
