✨Saturday Morning ✨
Saturdays are the only day I can spend the entire day with my fiancé due to our work schedules. Regardless of that, he spends an hour doing biolife while I spend time creating 🥰 I take any moment I can to keep creating as it helps fuel my soul 😇

DID YOU KNOW…

❗️Suicide is the second leading cause of death among 10 to 19 year olds in Wisconsin.

❗️LGBTQ+ youth are 3 times more likely than their heterosexual peers to have considered su***de.

❗️And the su***de rate among Wisconsin residents increased by 40% between 2000–2017.

It’s because of these facts, my own lived experience with ideation, and the loss of loved ones I’ve had to grieve that I went through the process of becoming a Certified Psychological Autopsy Investigator last fall.

Today I received word that my case submission was reviewed, approved, and the certification became official.

I’m humbled to be able to bring these skills to the spaces I work in and to have my lived experience be of even greater service to our community.

I wish that we lived in a world where this type of knowledge and process was never needed.

But until then, I’ll keep pulling threads and doing my part to unravel the fabrics that keep adding to these statistics.
