💃🕺Did somebody say we need more dancing in our lives? Ask, and you shall receive!

A huge thank you to Rebecca Hildreth Parrish, our newly crowned Mrs. Wisconsin Petite, for teaching dance classes twice a week at Rellim.

Movement is medicine, and we cannot wait to dance our way to better strength, balance, flexibility!

At Rellim, we truly get to know one another. This is a place to spend time with your girlfriends and guy friends—a room full of peers with a lifetime of experiences, stories, and talents to share.
Today, we had the privilege of witnessing the incredible talent of one of our seniors, and WOW! 🤩🤩🤩 The oohs, ahhs, and smiles throughout the room were something to see as he and his amazing wife took the floor.
🥰 The pride we have in our seniors runs deep, and seeing the joy on his face as they danced is absolutely priceless.
Please take a couple of minutes to watch this dynamic duo and help us celebrate his amazing talent! 💃🕺❤️

The best way to judge a place is by its people.

At Rellim, kindness is not something we teach, and it flows in all directions. It is who our team is. It shows up in the little things every day, and our seniors are the ones who benefit most.

There are moments as a small business owner that remind you just how incredible people can be.

Today, one of our amazing Rellim families volunteered their time to w**d our flower beds. It may seem like a small thing, but it was something that had been weighing heavily on my heart. There are simply not enough hours in the day.

Their kindness and generosity mean more than words can express. It is these little acts of love that make such a big difference.

Thank you for blessing us with your giving hearts. We are so grateful to have you as part of the Rellim family. ❤️

For our southern seniors!! ADRC of Trempealeau County has an exciting opportunity! Be sure to check this out!

Exciting Free Opportunity for Older Adults!

Trempealeau County residents age 60+ can now sign up for a FREE companion robot called ElliQ through the Aging & Disability Resource Center of Dunn County as part of a one-year pilot project—open to all Wisconsin residents!

We were excited to welcome Mary Linberg from the Dunn County ADRC to the ADRC of Trempealeau County yesterday—she brought ElliQ along, and they’re both pictured here! We had so much fun seeing ElliQ in action. What an amazing and interactive companion!

📌 Program requirements:
• Must be age 60+
• Must live alone
• Must have Wi-Fi access
