Today, we are celebrating an incredible milestone and an even more incredible person. Lara has been a valued member of the Hebert Dental family for five years, serving as Dr. T's assistant from day one and making a lasting impact on our patients, our team, and our practice.
One of Lara's greatest gifts is her ability to help patients feel comfortable and cared for. Dental anxiety is very real for many people, and Lara has a special way of putting patients at ease with her warm personality, reassuring presence, and genuine compassion. Her extroverted nature allows her to connect with people effortlessly, and over the years she has built countless meaningful relationships with Dr. T's patients.
Lara is also the teammate everyone can count on. Whether it's answering a question, helping solve a problem, or responding to a team message in record time, she is always there when someone needs her. Anyone who knows Lara knows there is never a dull moment when she's around. She keeps us laughing with her goofy sense of humor, brightens even the busiest days, and helps make Hebert Dental feel like the family it is. Her caring heart, infectious personality, and genuine love for people make her such a joy to work with.
Beyond her amazing personality, Lara is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about dentistry. She is always focused on doing what's best for her patients and consistently demonstrates a patient-first mindset in everything she does.
