Lily Home and Hospice is honored to partner with Tilly’s Coffee Shoppe in Fall Creek to offer Healing Hearts Grief Support Group — a welcoming space for anyone navigating loss, remembering a loved one, or simply needing connection and support. Join us on Wednesday July 8th from 5 to 6:30pm.

Grief looks different for everyone, but no one should have to carry it alone. Through conversation, community, understanding, and a warm cup of coffee, we hope to create a place where people feel seen, heard, and supported.

Thank you to Tilly’s for helping us bring this meaningful service to our community and for opening your doors to support healing and connection.

A huge thank you to the wonderful staff and community at Tilly’s Coffee Shoppe in Fall Creek for supporting the Pay It Forward Program and raising an incredible $1,010 for the Lily Pediatric Hospice Foundation! Jenni from Lily Hospice got to thank them in person for their generosity last weekend💜

We are so grateful for your kindness, generosity, and support of local families and children in need. It truly means so much to our team and the families we serve.

Tilly’s also has a donation box available at the coffee shop accepting donations for the Halos of St. Croix 16th Annual Once Upon A Memory Walk. The Lily Home and Hospice staff will proudly be participating in this walk, honoring our current pediatric patients. Our goal is to raise $1,000 to help go towards helping families in Wisconsin with funeral expenses, family pictures, sibling gifts, counseling, and so much more.

Here in EC we work close with a non profit for our pediatric patients called Halos of the St. Croix Valley, they service all of Wisconsin and help families with funeral expenses, pictures, sibling gifts, to counseling (just to name a few). Every year they do a walk and we will be having a team participating in the walk and Lily is a sponsor of the event. Our team is raising money that will go directly to them in our name. The Lily Home & Hospice team served NA Grasshoppers, green punch, and a variety of St. Patrick's Day treats to the folks at Cambridge Senior Living today. Everyone enjoyed some festive rounds of Bingo and got a chance to win some Lily prizes. A fun afternoon for all! 🍀🌈🎉🍀
