Our hearts are with our Wisconsin communities today. Yesterday’s tornado and severe storms brought devastating damage to Appleton, Menasha, Grand Chute, Neenah, and surrounding areas across eastern and northern Wisconsin — destroying homes, businesses, and displacing families.
To our patients, their families, and our neighbors affected by this storm — we are thinking of you. If you or a loved one receiving care from Lily Healthcare has been impacted, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Your safety and well-being remain our top priority.
The Lily Foundation is organizing a supply drive to support our neighbors in need. We are collecting the following items at our offices:
• Bottled water
• Non-perishable food items
• Toiletries & hygiene products
• Cleaning supplies
• Flashlights & batteries
• Blankets & towels

Lily Home and Hospice is honored to share space with Tilly’s Coffee Shoppe and help support their Healing Hearts Grief Support Group.

The Healing Hearts Grief Support Group will meet on the 3rd Wednesday of every month right at the coffee shoppe, and is open to anyone looking for support in their journey through grief. We hope you join them in August and beyond. Thank you again Tilly's for helping the local community come together.

Thank you to everyone who came, who showed up with open hearts, and who felt safe enough to share your stories. Your courage, vulnerability, and willingness to be seen made tonight incredibly special.

It is such an honor to have Tilly’s be a place where people can gather, support one another, and be reminded that they don’t have to walk through grief alone.

This is just the beginning, and I can’t wait to see this community continue to grow.

Going forward, our Healing Hearts Grief Support Group will meet on the 3rd Wednesday of every month. Whether you’re newly grieving or have carried your loss for years, you are always welcome here.

Happy first official day of Summer! Of course this also means our Summer Sings Series will be starting soon!

Join us for three Thursdays in July for some casual sing-along fun. Summer Sings are free and open to the public with no registration required. Please bring your own chair. Beverages will be provided by Heritage Eau Claire.

From an ice cream social at Our House Senior Living - Eau Claire Memory Care to attending the 2nd Annual Chippewa Valley Dementia Conference, our signature green color could be seen by many faces.
