Your body was designed for pregnancy and birth, but that doesn't mean it has to do it without support.

As your baby grows, your center of gravity shifts, your posture changes, and hormones cause your ligaments to become more flexible. It's no wonder so many women experience back pain, hip discomfort, pelvic pain, or sciatica during pregnancy.

Chiropractic care helps support the way your body moves and functions throughout pregnancy by encouraging proper alignment and mobility of the spine and pelvis. When your pelvis moves well and your nervous system can communicate efficiently, your body is better supported for the physical demands of pregnancy, labor, and recovery.

Will chiropractic "make" labor easier? No one can promise that.

But many moms report feeling more comfortable during pregnancy, moving more easily, and feeling more prepared for birth. Research also suggests that maintaining optimal pelvic function may help create an environment that allows baby to assume the best possible position for birth.

Wildfire smoke can take a toll on our respiratory system.

Between our unusually dry weather, local fires, and the smoke drifting in from the Canadian wildfires, many of us are feeling the effects of poor air quality. If you've noticed irritated eyes, a scratchy throat, headaches, coughing, or that it's harder to take a deep breath—you are not alone.

Wildfire smoke contains tiny particles that can irritate your eyes, throat, and lungs. It's especially challenging for those with asthma, allergies, COPD, or other respiratory conditions, but even healthy individuals may experience symptoms like:
Coughing
Wheezing or shortness of breath
Chest discomfort
Increased allergy symptoms
Headaches and irritated eyes

One way to help support your respiratory system is Dry Salt Therapy (Halotherapy). By inhaling microscopic salt particles, halotherapy can help:
✨ Open the airways for easier breathing
✨ Thin and loosen mucus so it can be cleared more easily
