Intro to Pole is a beginner-friendly, semi-private class designed for those with little to no pole experience. You’ll learn the fundamentals of pole through walks, spins, floorwork, basic tricks, sits, and climbs while building strength, grip, confidence, and body awareness to support your body on the pole. Class size is limited to 4. Shorts and a tank top are recommended. Your 1st class $15, $25 drop in after.💃

I recently was feeling stressed about a situation I was dealing with, and I tend to carry stress in my shoulders. I decided to use the chakra mat because one of its main benefits is helping calm the nervous system.
