This patient had previous lip filler migration, so we dissolved the existing filler, allowed her lips time to heal, and then carefully reinjected 1 mL.

The lips are highly mobile, and filler migration can occur over time for several reasons. Our goal is never simply to add more product—it is to create lips that look balanced, natural, and beautiful.

When needed, we are willing to pause, dissolve, and rebuild thoughtfully. Because doing what is best for the patient will always come first.
