Concho Medical Clinic is partnering with Eden CISD and Paint Rock ISD to bring school-based telehealth to students beginning with the 2026-2027 school year.
This program will give students another option for accessing timely medical care for minor health concerns like headache, rash, infections, and more during the school day. Parental consent forms are available now and can be turned in at any time.

Beginning in the 2026-2027 school year, Concho Medical Clinic will offer school-based telehealth care for Eden CISD and Paint Rock ISD students.
The program will make access to medical care for minor issues more convenient for students while helping reduce disruptions for parents/guardians. Parents and guardians can review information and turn in consent forms at any time.

Thank you to Eden CISD for allowing us to be a part of the athletics, band, and cheer physicals. Being able to assist and support the students in our county means the world to us. We truly appreciate the opportunity and look forward to continuing to serve our community.
