We’ve all had moments when we’ve been envious of another
person’s life and have probably even said, “I wish I were … .” We might
picture their life as more privileged, more glamorous, more exciting. We
imagine that their days are filled with care-free events, with friends and
loving family members.

But if you learned all the details of that person’s life, you might
well find that they have their share of trials and tribulations just as every
one does. Their life has its ups and downs, too.

We all have talents and abilities that must not go to waste. Don’t wish
your days away. Take charge of your life, be the person you were meant to be.

It’s almost June! Even the most casual of gardeners can relate to
the wonder of summer’s flowering. A stroll one day might show only
greenery; passing only a day or two later may well reward you with
glorious blossoms. You never know what you’ll see when you go out for
a walk. It’s a great time of year to just be outdoors.

We may have barely finished complaining about the chilly, rainy
days of April and May, but many have replaced that issue with new
complaints about having to mow the lawn too often!

No one ever seems to be happy where the weather is concerned, but
what wonderful sights await us each day if we just open our eyes to the
miracle that is June. Get out and enjoy it!
