When should you get a mammogram? The answer starts with knowing your age, health history, and individual risk.

For women at average risk, the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force recommends screening mammography every two years from ages 40 through 74. Some people may need an individualized screening plan based on their health history and risk factors.

This Breast Cancer Awareness Month, add one question to your next preventive visit: "Am I up to date on breast cancer screening?"

Healthy schools start with healthy educators.

On September 30, Concho Medical Clinic brought flu vaccinations directly to Paint Rock ISD, making it easier for teachers, staff, and employees to protect their health during flu season.

Our educators show up every day for local students and families, and we're proud to help support the people who do so much for our community.

On Friday, Sept. 25, our team brought CPR, First Aid, and Stop the Bleed training to Paint Rock ISD. Forty faculty and staff members participated, bringing energy and attention to each part of the training.
