Tuesday afternoon before pick up --
Pre Pick Up Pilates - The Common Core: 1:30-2:30pm.

Strengthen and stabilize your core, shoulder and pelvic girdles, thus elongating and decompressing your spine!
Energize yourself and your afternoon before you need it most, at pick up! Better than a cup of caffeine!!! All levels welcome and encouraged.

Post drop off Ancestral Yoga -TBA.

Awaken your energy centers and connect to your ancestral wisdom and power. We will breathe, stretch, move, sound and re-energize our 7 energy centers (chakras) whilst tapping into our individual and collective power to heal ourselves and our wider circles!! All levels welcome and encouraged.

SECOND SATURDAY OF THE MONTH, MONTHLY FAMILY YOGA: This Saturday, April 14th, 10:30-11:30am
This months class, by request and in honor of April Fool's Day, will focus on Laughing Yoga. If you haven't tried
this fun and funny way to 'yoga', you and your family are in for a treat! Breathe, move, and laugh with your family....
release happy chemicals in your bodies and wake up the next day realizing how many muscles are used during laughing ;)!

6 week Series beginning March 6th.
Pre-registered: $88* by Friday, March 2nd.
Drop In: $18* per class.

After School Family Yoga
Wednesdays, 3:15 - 4:00pm
4 date series (March 7, 14, April 4, 11)
Pre-registered: $68* per family, by Monday, March 5th.
Drop In: $20* per family, per class.
