Come to a comfortable
seated position or lie flat on the ground.
Place both hands on your belly.
Try to make your breath slow and steady.
Continue
breathing this way for 3-5 minutes.
Each time you exhale, imagine letting go of stress and tension.
Remember this is how we were born to breath. Just watch a baby.
