It’s been a while since you’ve heard from us, but only because we’ve been so busy having fun! Our residents have been out and about enjoying some delicious local treats with trips to A&W and Culver's. We also caught a showing of Young Washington yesterday—we were so glued to the movie that we totally forgot to snap a picture! To beat the recent humidity and smoke, we’ve been spending plenty of time staying cool indoors. We've been treated to special mini-concerts by one of our incredibly talented residents, plus plenty of reading, BINGO, and other fun activities! Now, we are all looking forward to the To***co Days Parade this Sunday! Residents will have a great view of the festivities either from the comfort of the cafeteria or outside in the shade, weather permitting. We can't wait!

Throwback to a fun day with the Nelson 5th graders! Our residents & students had a blast together! From blowing bubbles and drawing with chalk to painting beautiful rocks for our garden! Even with a smaller crowd, the energy was wonderful and the memories were special. We’re missing your energy at ECC! Wishing all of you a fantastic summer! ☀️
