☕ Coffee + Kerrygold Butter… smart fuel or just hype?
You’ve probably heard of “butter coffee.” Here’s what it actually does in the body—no extremes, no fear-mongering.
• Provides steady energy and focus (less crash than sugary coffee)
• Can help curb appetite and keep insulin low
• Works best for people doing low-carb or intermittent fasting
• Slows digestion, which is why some use it as a meal replacement
That said…
It’s still calorie-dense and high in saturated fat. Some people thrive on it. Others see weight loss stalls, digestive issues, or higher LDL cholesterol.
Bottom line:
Butter coffee isn’t magic and it isn’t bad. It’s a tool. Like any tool, it works great in the right context and poorly in the wrong one.
Curious—have you tried butter coffee before? Loved it, hated it, or never touched it?
