We’re so excited to welcome Dr. Arthofer to Clinic Sofia! 🩺✨ She’s passionate about providing thoughtful, compassionate care and helping patients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their healthcare decisions.

Outside of the clinic, she enjoys running, hiking, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with her partner and their cat. 🐱🌿 We’re so happy to have her on our team!

Ovarian cancer symptoms can be easy to overlook or mistake for something else, as the symptoms are classically things that can commonly occur for other normal/benign reasons. Still, it is a good reminder to pay attention to when something feels different in your body.

Pay attention to symptoms such as:
• Persistent bloating
• Pelvic or abdominal pain or pressure
• Feeling full quickly or difficulty eating
• Changes in bathroom habits
• Unusual vaginal bleeding or discharge

If something feels different and doesn’t go away, talk to your healthcare provider. There is no routine screening test for ovarian cancer and while family history is helpful, it won’t paint the full picture. Your concerns are always welcome and worth bringing up.🤍
