We’re proud to spotlight Tre Von McClellan, New Employee Orientation Coordinator, featured in Ebenezer’s 2025 Impact Report.

Tre Von's journey at Ebenezer began as a Resident Assistant at Riley Crossing Senior Living and has grown through several roles supporting residents, team members, and community operations. Today, he helps welcome and support new employees across our organization as they begin their own careers with Ebenezer.

“Because I began my career working directly with residents, I understand the day-to-day realities of caregiving and the importance of strong support systems for staff.”
