All week, we’ve been watching the weather, which pretty much guaranteed storms for our event last night. Megan & I chatted an hour before the event to make the final decision, & decided to go for it. It was a perfect overcast night as we practiced being fully present, body, mind & spirit, & building safety & strength outside our comfort zone.

The SECOND I finished giving a savasana blessing to the last person, it started POURING. What a gift to worship God in this way, outside in creation!! So grateful for all these incredible women that showed up!

Thank you to my dear friend Megan Tamte for hosting with such intention, letting us shop your closet, & most of all for your generous encouragement, the joy you share, & your friendship!

My sourdough journey began with Gluten Free Sourdough, when we had to give up gluten to support my child’s health. Bread is a toddler staple, so I was determined to figure it out!
