With approximately 8 years of higher education, including doctoral-level coursework and extensive hands-on clinical training, audiologists are highly educated healthcare professionals who specialize in much more than hearing aids.

One simple way we can support healthy aging is by paying attention to changes in hearing and communication.

Our Edina clinic is home to three incredible Doctors of Audiology who bring different experiences, specialties, and perspectives to the care they provide.

Meet the Edina Team:

Dr. Jason Leyendecker, Au.D.
Owner, Audiologist & Tinnitus Specialist
Dr. Jason has built Audiology Concepts around his belief that hearing care should fit your life—not the other way around. He specializes in complex tinnitus and sound sensitivity, and he’s also a leader in the audiology profession. When he’s not at the clinic, you’ll likely find him enjoying the great outdoors with his family—especially hunting or fishing in northern Minnesota. 🎣

Dr. Calvin Duong, Au.D.
Dr. Calvin brings a particularly personal perspective to hearing care—he has hearing loss himself and was diagnosed with single-sided deafness as a child. His own experience with hearing technology helped inspire his career in audiology. He specializes in tinnitus and sound sensitivity management, and outside the office enjoys music, creative writing, and games with friends and family. 🎵

Dr. Bethany Wenger, Au.D.
Dr. Bethany has a passion for educating patients and helping them get the most out of their hearing aids. She has worked in several hospital systems, including the VA, taught audiology courses, and presented at state and national conferences. Originally from Pennsylvania, she made her way to Minnesota in 2022—and apparently brought a little southern accent with her from her years in Tennessee and Alabama! 🐾 She also enjoys fostering retired racing greyhounds and has even won blue ribbons at the Minnesota State Fair!

Three doctors. Three unique perspectives. One goal: helping our patients hear better, connect with the people they love, and live life to the fullest.
