We provide person-centered disability and mental health services that support people to live, thrive, and engage in their community.

Skilled staff deliver quality services that are strengthened by volunteers and sustained by donor generosity. Reach for Resources (Reach) is a nonprofit located in Minnetonka, MN. We empower people of all-abilities to reach their full potential by providing individualized services that maximize independence, boosts community engagement and improves physical and emotional well-being. Our services i

nclude Adaptive Recreation & Inclusion, Case Management, In-Home Supports, Housing Stabilization Services, Employment Supports, Mental Health Services and Counseling. While we work with people who live throughout Minnesota, the majority live in the 7-metro county area surrounding Minneapolis.

You’re invited to join us on Monday, June 15, from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at LTD Brewing in Hopkins for a free community gathering with Reach.

Spend the evening catching up with friends, meeting new people, and enjoying complimentary appetizers from Pizza Lucé. Drinks will be available for purchase, and 20% of all sales that night, including merchandise and gift cards, will go back to support Reach.

At 6:00 p.m., we’ll take time to honor our 2026 Reach Award recipients and recognize the incredible individuals and organizations making a difference in our community.

A huge thank you to the Chanhassen Knights of Columbus for their incredible support of Trail by Reach! 🌟 At the beginning of May, our Trail riders joined forces with the Knights to hand out Tootsie Rolls and collect donations at various stores around the Twin Cities. The day was filled with joy, laughter, and countless smiles! 😊🍬
