Spreading a little sunshine, one chalk drawing at a time! ☀️🌈

This cheerful chalk art was the perfect addition to the sidewalk at our Albertville clinic this week! We love seeing creativity bring a little extra color and joy to the day.

The Maple Grove team took on Lake Minnetonka! ⛵☀️

The team spent a Friday evening cruising the lake, enjoying time together outside of the clinic and getting to know both new and longtime therapists even better! It was the perfect way to connect, have some fun, and enjoy a beautiful evening together.

Brushes, bright colors, and lots of creativity! 🎨🏠

This hand-painted house project was more than just a fun activity—it was a creative way to work on fine motor skills, explore different sensory experiences, and practice flexible thinking along the way.

Our OTs love finding meaningful ways to turn therapy goals into activities that keep kids learning, creating, and having fun!

Spirit Week fun at our Minnetonka clinic! 🎉☀️

Our Minnetonka team brought a little extra fun to the clinic with a week full of themed days, creative outfits, and plenty of SunnyDays spirit! We love finding ways to have fun together and bring that energy into each day with our clients.

Thanks to our Minnetonka team for showing their spirit!

Our SunnyDays team had the BEST time at the Step Up for Down Syndrome Walk for our 6th year!

This year was extra special as we joined the Kids Area with our very own interactive table! From jumping into the ball pit to connecting with new and familiar faces, we loved spending the day with so many amazing families and members of the Down syndrome community.

A huge thank you to the Down Syndrome Association of Minnesota (DSAMn) for another incredible event and for all you do to empower, build community, and celebrate individuals with Down syndrome. We’re so grateful to be part of such a special day!
Already looking forward to next year!

Our Edina OTs recently had the opportunity to attend an educational event and learn more about emerging treatment options!

The team explored Emsella and Exomind and their potential applications related to pelvic floor health and mental health.

We love seeing our therapists continue learning, exploring new approaches, and expanding their knowledge to better support the clients and families we serve!

As the start of the school year is in full swing, our Maple Grove clients are getting back into the groove! ✏️📚

From practicing handwriting and following directions to building vocabulary and talking through feelings about being back at school, we’re working on skills that support success both in and out of the classroom.

School is in session! ✏️📚

Our client connected the dots for some back-to-school fun while working on important skills along the way! This activity helped practice focus, fine motor skills, and visual perception as they worked to reveal the final picture.

A simple activity with lots of skill-building packed in—we love making learning fun at SunnyDays!

Building, balancing, and having a dino-mite time! 🦖🦕

Our client and therapist teamed up to create this awesome dinosaur domino setup! Along the way, they practiced teamwork, problem-solving, fine motor skills, and plenty of patience to bring their creation to life.

We love when therapy turns big ideas into fun opportunities to learn, create, and grow!

A scavenger hunt with a speech therapy twist! 🔎💛

This client had a blast working through our 20th Anniversary scavenger hunt while taking on an extra challenge—finding words in the clues with the /r/ sound! It was a fun way to practice speech sounds while problem-solving and celebrating along the way.

Learning, exploring, and celebrating 20 years of SunnyDays! 🎉
