$1300 available to one student

Available to undergraduate or graduate students:
Graduate students

About the award:
The establishment of this scholarship provides recognition and reward to graduate level students, demonstrating the Alumni Association’s continued efforts to enhance access to education and provide financial aid for Edinboro University students.

Eligibility:
A. The student must be pursuing a master’s degree and meet the School of Graduate Studies and Research admission and program requirements.
B. The award will be made to an incoming graduate student and is not renewable.
· Incoming students is someone that started Summer 2018 and/or Fall 2018
C. The eligible student must complete an application and submit a one-page essay (double-spaced) explaining career goals.
D. Additional consideration for eligibility will be length of the graduate program, undergraduate QPA where applicable, and composition of essay and application.
E. Financial need may be a determining factor.


How to apply:
If you would like to be considered for this award, please complete the attached scholarship application and return it to the Financial Aid Office. You can submit the application in the following way:

Ø Scan/E-mail all documents to [email protected]
Ø Drop off the application in Hamilton Hall
Assemble all documents required (ALL items must be included when application is submitted. Notations of ‘will provide” are not acceptable) and applications must contain a signature, typed names will not be allowed.


Deadline:
Applications must be submitted to Hamilton Hall by 12:00 p.m. on Friday, September 21, 2018.
