We are an established independent pharmacy looking for an experienced Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Clerk to join our team!

Responsibilities include:
-DME billing and insurance claims
-Patient intake and documentation
-Insurance verification & prior authorizations
-Communicating with physicians & insurance companies
-DME orders, inventory, and deliveries
-Following up on claims and required documentation

Qualifications:
-Certified DME experience preferred
-Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and commercial insurance billing preferred
-Organized, dependable, and detail oriented
-Excellent customer service and communication skills
-Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work and understands that accuracy and follow-through are essential in DME. The right candidate will be proactive about obtaining documentation, following up on authorizations and claims, communicating with patients and providers, and ensuring that DME orders are completed correctly and efficiently.
