Weather Advisory: Extreme Heat & Tropical Storm Bertha
At Heavenly Care, our highest priority is the safety and well-being of our clients and your loved ones. Due to the current Extreme Heat Warning and the potential for heavy rain from Tropical Storm Bertha, we are enacting our Emergency Preparedness Plan.
ATTENTION: With projected heat indexes reaching up to 116°F, it is crucial to take necessary precautions to stay safe and healthy.
Recommended Safety Precautions:
Stay Indoors: Remain inside as much as possible, utilizing air conditioning and/or fans to keep your home cool.
Stock Essentials: Ensure you have plenty of food, water, and all necessary daily medications available so you do not have to leave your home in extreme conditions.
Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water throughout the day, even if you do not feel thirsty.
