UTRGV Counseling and Training Clinic Fill out our Intake Form to get started, we’re here to support you! The Counseling and Training Clinic is under the direction of Ms. Roy Rosales, LPC-S, LCDC.

At UTRGV’s Counseling and Training Clinics in Brownsville and Edinburg, we offer in-person and/or telehealth sessions by counseling students supervised by licensed professionals. The Counseling and Training Clinic is an 8,000 square foot facility located on the first floor of the UTRGV Educational Complex in room EDCC 1.270. The Counseling and Training Clinic personnel is diligently working to mee

t the mental health needs of our community by providing counseling services free of charge. Celinda Quintanilla, LPC-S, CRC and is assisted by Mr. The counseling services are provided to our clients by Practicum II, Practicum III students and Licensed Professional Counselor- Interns (LPC-I) who are completing the clinical hours required to become a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Texas.
