We loved visiting Ho-Ro Trucking for their staff appreciation day!

We spent the day assessing the workers need and giving them advice on stretches, nutrition, and preventing injuries! You can see our massage therapist, Yini, working on soft tissue pictured in the bottoms left. On the right, you can see owner Dr. Lagana assessing the mobility in the lumbar spine.
