Balanced Therapy, PLLC We provide physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and medical social work services to home health and hospice agencies.

Balanced Therapy contracts with home health and hospice agencies in Oklahoma. We supply therapists and social workers that can provide services in your home, independent living facility or assisted living facility. Our clinicians cover metro OKC and surrounding areas. These areas include Guthrie, Shawnee, Pauls Valley, El Reno and everything in between. Our goal is to help the patient return to a more functional and active lifestyle as quickly as possible.
